The service in Al Mansourah
Al Mansourah is a Riyadh district with villas having roofs and courtyards and flats in residential blocks. Each home has different ACs: window units facing outside, split systems with indoor units in rooms, or central air. Winds, dust and fine sand enter through AC vents, settle fast on filters and coils and block cooling. Tell us how many units you have, what types they are and where they are.
Al Mansourah is a built-up district of Riyadh city, and residents can call or message us on WhatsApp to agree a time for AC cleaning.
Some villas in Al Mansourah may have units on the roof or in tight spaces, so mention when you call whether they are easy to reach or not.
AC cleaning: the full serviceHow do we start?
Three simple steps, and we take care of the rest.
Call or message us on WhatsApp
Tell us the service you need and your district.
Tell us the AC type
Tell us the AC type, whether split, window, central or concealed, what you have noticed, and which district you are in.
We agree a time
We settle on a time that suits you. Move furniture and bedding away from the indoor unit, and make sure there is access to the outdoor unit if there is one.
We work and check with you
We clean the agreed parts, then switch the AC on with you to confirm the airflow and drainage are working before we leave.
A service that comes to your door
- We come to youOur team arrives at your home with its equipment.
- One callCall or message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the rest.
- All AC types with one teamWe clean split, window, central and concealed ACs, and handle AC filter cleaning and air duct cleaning too.
- Describe it in your own wordsA call or a WhatsApp message is enough to tell us what you are noticing with your AC.
One worry is that cleaning might damage the AC or put it out of action during summer. In practice, the work is done on parts designed to be accessed, and the unit is switched back on and its performance checked before the job is finished. Tell us what you notice and leave the rest to us.

Questions about AC cleaning
Do you clean home ACs in Al Mansourah?
Yes, we clean ACs in Al Mansourah and all Riyadh districts. Call us or message us on WhatsApp with a description of your AC, and we agree a cleaning time with you.
What should I tell you about my AC when I call?
Tell us how many units you have and their type: window, split or central? Tell us where they are, and whether they are easy to reach or on the roof or in a hard-to-access place. This helps us plan the appointment.
How do I know my AC needs cleaning and not a repair?
If the issue is weak airflow, a damp smell, black specks from the vent or dripping water, the cause is usually dust build-up rather than a mechanical fault. If the AC does not cool at all or makes an unusual noise, that points to a separate repair rather than a clean.
Does the self-clean split AC function replace a proper wash?
The self-clean split AC cycle that some units have dries the coil to slow mould growth, but it does not remove dust from the fan drum and fins, and it does not clear a blocked drain. It is not a substitute for a manual clean that reaches all the internal parts.
What makes the price different between AC types?
The price depends on the unit type, its size, how many units there are, how easy it is to reach them and their current condition. A split AC in a standard room is a different job from a central system serving a whole floor. Tell us what you have when you call and we agree a price before the work starts.
Can the AC be cleaned when it is fixed in the ceiling or in a tight spot?
Yes, and this is exactly the situation with a concealed AC, where the unit sits in the ceiling cavity and only the vents are visible. Tell us when you call where the unit is and how its cover is reached, so we can prepare for that type of access.
Some requests mention AC cleaning, Indian crews or AC cleaning, Filipino crews, so what does that mean?
These labels reflect how some customers phrase their requests. What matters is which parts are cleaned and what the work covers. When you call, tell us your AC type and what you have noticed, and we agree the details of the job.
Do I need to cut the power to the AC before the appointment?
The AC is switched off just before the work starts to allow safe access to the internal parts. You do not need to cut power at the main panel in advance. Turning it off at the remote or the wall panel is enough, and we confirm this with you when we agree the time.
Is remote-style AC cleaning something different from a regular wash?
Remote-style AC cleaning is a term some customers use to describe running the self-clean cycle through the remote control. It is not a separate manual service. A full manual clean reaches the parts that cycle cannot touch, and we agree on what is needed once you tell us your AC type and what you have noticed.
