A new apartment needs a different kind of clean
Finishing dust is not ordinary dust. Dried paint, plaster, filler and the fine powder left from cutting tiles settle on floors, in corners, behind doors, in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Much of it does not come off with a simple wipe; each surface needs the right approach for what is stuck to it.
Call or message us on WhatsApp, tell us your district, the size of the apartment and what you notice in it, and we agree a time to start.
- Finishing dust
- Paint and tile residue
- Kitchen and bathrooms
What does new apartment cleaning cover?
These are the surfaces and parts the cleaning goes through, depending on the condition of the apartment and what the finishing work has left behind.
- Floors and tiles
Fine dust, filler residue and paint marks are removed from ceramic and tiled floors, as they collect in the grout lines and become harder to remove if left.
- Walls and ceilings
Walls are wiped of fingermarks, dried paint spots and material splashes, and the ceiling is cleared of plaster residue and stuck-on dust.
- Windows, frames and sills
Glass is cleaned of sticker residue, paint and plaster spray, and the aluminium frames and sills are wiped, as finishing dust collects in their edges.
- Kitchen before fitting out
Cabinets inside and out, worktops and walls are cleaned of silicone residue, paint and dust before appliances and utensils go in.
- Bathrooms and toilets
Plaster, silicone residue and paint spray are removed from tiles, basins, the sink and mirrors, as they arrive from nearby finishing work.
- Doors, handles and partitions
Wooden doors on both faces, their frames, handles and glass partitions are wiped, as paint residue and handmarks from the finishing work stick to them.
How do we start?
Three simple steps, and we take care of the rest.
Call or message us on WhatsApp
Tell us the service you need and your district.
Tell us about the apartment
Tell us which district the apartment is in, how many rooms it has, and what you notice in terms of dust, paint or plaster residue, so we can prepare.
We agree a time
We settle on a time that suits you. Make sure all finishing work is done and that water and electricity are available in the apartment on the day.
We work from top to bottom
Cleaning starts from ceilings and walls down to floors, then the kitchen and bathrooms. Afterwards, check surfaces, corners and windows to confirm everything is clear.
A service that comes to your door
- We come to youOur team arrives at your home with its equipment.
- One callCall or message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the rest.
- Other residential cleaning servicesThe same team handles furnished apartment cleaning, short-let apartment cleaning, bachelor apartment cleaning, house cleaning, villa cleaning, majlis cleaning, deep cleaning and post-construction cleaning.
- Describe it in your own wordsA call or a WhatsApp message is enough to tell us the size of the apartment and what finishing residue you notice.
One worry is that paint or plaster marks will be left on the floors or new cabinets after the clean. These residues are different in nature from ordinary dirt, so the work starts with a look at the surfaces before anything is touched, so each type is dealt with in the right way. Tell us what you see, and leave the rest to us.

Questions about New apartment cleaning
When should I book new apartment cleaning?
The right time is after all finishing and painting work is done and before furniture and appliances are brought in. If cleaning is done before finishing ends, dust comes back again, and if furniture goes in first, surfaces behind heavy pieces become hard to reach.
Is new apartment cleaning different from a regular clean?
Yes, because dried plaster, paint and fine tile dust from finishing work are different from everyday use dirt. A new surface can look clean to the eye but carry fine residue that shows up after drying or under good light.
Do water and electricity need to be ready in the apartment?
Yes, cleaning needs water for washing and rinsing and electricity for enough light to reach corners and surfaces. If either is not available, tell us when you call so we can arrange the appointment after they are ready.
What if some paint marks are hard to remove?
How hard a mark is to remove depends on the type of paint, how long it has been there and what surface it is on. Oil-based paint on ceramic is different from paint spray on window glass. Tell us what you see when you call and we agree on the right approach for your apartment.
What should I check when the cleaning is done?
Check the joins between wall and floor, behind doors, grout lines between tiles, inside cabinets and along window sills, as these are where finishing dust gathers and can be missed. Good lighting helps you see fine residue on smooth surfaces.
