The service in Ad Dahu
Ad Dahu has villas and flats, and their carpets are found in living rooms, studies, bedrooms and hallways. Fine dust from outside Riyadh settles on them quickly, and stains and smells accumulate from regular use. Removing a carpet from its place may be easy in some homes and hard in others depending on its size, location and the space around it. Tell us how many carpet pieces you have, where they are, and what stains or smells you notice.
Ad Dahu is a built-up district of Riyadh city, and residents can call or message us on WhatsApp to agree a time for carpet cleaning.
Villas and flats in Ad Dahu may have different floor types under the carpets, and this affects the method we use for cleaning and protecting the floor underneath.

Questions about Carpet cleaning
Do you clean carpets in Ad Dahu?
Yes, we clean carpets across Riyadh, including Ad Dahu. Call us or send a WhatsApp message with the number of carpet pieces, which rooms they are in, any stains you see or smells, and we agree the time and price with you.
Is the carpet moved or washed in the villa?
This depends on the carpet's size, weight and how easily it can be moved from the villa. When you call, tell us its size, location and the floor underneath, and we will agree with you on the method that suits your home and the right time.
How do I know my carpet needs washing and not just vacuuming?
If a smell persists after vacuuming, if the colour is noticeably lighter in unused areas compared with walkways, or if a stain has left a mark that wiping will not shift, the carpet needs washing. Vacuuming removes visible dust but does not reach the base of the weave.
What is the difference between steam carpet cleaning and washing with water?
Steam carpet cleaning uses high heat to lift dirt without large amounts of water, which shortens drying time and suits carpets that cannot take heavy soaking. Water washing cleans the fibre more deeply and suits heavy carpets. The type of carpet determines the right method, and that is what we agree when you call.
Can I request carpet wash with pickup from my home?
Yes, pickup from your home is possible. When you get in touch, tell us your district, the size of the carpet and the number of pieces, and we agree on a collection and return arrangement. Some cleaning options are done in place at home and others require moving the carpet; those details are settled when you agree the job.
What determines carpet-wash prices?
The price varies with the type of carpet, its fibre, size, condition and number of pieces, and whether extra stain treatment is needed. When you call or message us we ask for these details and give you the price before any work starts.
Should I prepare the carpet in any particular way before cleaning?
Remove any furniture sitting on the carpet and make sure it is easy to reach. If the carpet is being taken out for washing, check it can be folded or rolled. If you have the maker's care instructions, keep them and mention them when you call.
Does mobile carpet cleaning give the same result as a laundry?
Mobile carpet cleaning suits medium-weight carpets that cannot be moved easily, or when you want to avoid the wait for collection and return. It gives good results for surface and moderate soiling. Heavy or delicate carpets such as Persian or hand-made pieces may need full off-site washing; we explain that when you describe the carpet to us.
Can I have carpet and sofa washing done together?
Yes, the same team handles carpet and sofa washing together. When you call or message, tell us the pieces you want cleaned, their size and condition, and we sort out the details of the visit together.
