The service in As Salam (Ar Rayn area)
As Salam is a district in the Ar Rayn area of the Riyadh region with homes that have courtyards and large spaces. Curtains in such areas are exposed to significant dust and sand from the surrounding environment, and intense summer heat and dryness speed up dust and odour accumulation on fabrics. Light and heavy curtains need different methods, and you should tell us the fabric type, colours and condition you see.

Questions about Curtain cleaning
Do you provide curtain cleaning in As Salam, Ar Rayn area?
Yes, we wash curtains across areas of the Riyadh region, including As Salam in the Ar Rayn area. Call us or message us on WhatsApp, tell us your curtain type, how many you have and your home's location, and we agree a time with you.
How should I describe my curtains when I call you?
Tell us the number of curtains, the material if you know it such as cotton or silk, the main colours, and whether there is heavy dust, stains or a strong odour.
How do I know my curtains need washing?
Clear signs are discolouration near the hem or edges, an unpleasant smell in the room when the AC comes on, or frequent sneezing near the curtain. Fine dust is not always visible, but you feel it when you move the curtain and a cloud rises from it.
Can the curtain be cleaned without taking it off the rail?
Yes, and this is a practical option when the curtain is fitted high up or is heavy to remove. The on-rail curtain cleaning service is for exactly this situation, and the details of what it covers are listed under that service in the list below.
My curtain is white and has gone yellow, will the colour come back?
Yellowing in white curtains usually comes from a combination of greasy dust and moisture, especially near kitchen windows or AC vents. Washing suited to the fabric type removes this build-up in most cases. When you call, we ask where the curtain hangs and what it is made of to get a sense of its condition.
What affects the cost of curtain cleaning?
The price depends on the fabric type, the number of curtains, their length and condition, and whether they need taking down and rehung or can be cleaned in place. We agree the details once you describe what you have.
What should I prepare before the cleaning appointment?
Clear the area under the curtains of light furniture and objects. If you can take the curtains down and fold them beforehand, that helps. If they are heavy or fitted high, tell us when we agree the appointment so we can prepare accordingly.
Are silk or printed curtains washed the same way as other curtains?
No. Silk and printed fabrics are more sensitive to hot water and vigorous washing than heavier materials such as blackout fabric. Tell us the fabric type or send a photo when you contact us and we agree on the right approach.
What should I check when the work is done?
Check each curtain in good light and look for any marks that remain or any change in colour. Also check that the hanging rings or hooks are in place and that the curtain hangs level on the rail. If you notice anything, tell us before we leave.
