Questions about Deep cleaning
Do you do deep cleaning in homes in Ash Shalaal?
Yes, we do deep cleaning in homes in Ash Shalaal, reaching areas that regular cleaning leaves alone. Call us or message us on WhatsApp with details of which areas need attention, and we agree the time and details with you.
Does deep cleaning include roofs, courtyards and difficult corners?
Deep cleaning covers what you need based on your home. Roofs, courtyards, corners, cracks and spaces behind appliances are included if you want them. When you call, mention which areas worry you and what you want deeply cleaned, and we work out the arrangements with you.
When do I need deep cleaning rather than a routine clean?
Deep cleaning suits the moment you notice build-up in grout lines, corners and behind appliances that a regular wipe cannot shift, or after a long absence from the home, before an occasion, or when routine cleaning no longer feels enough however often you do it.
Does deep cleaning include inside cupboards and drawers?
Inside cupboards and drawers is included on request, not automatically in every job. We agree on that when you call and tell us what you want, and the price is set according to what the work covers.
How do I prepare my home before a deep clean?
Clear personal items, small objects and papers from surfaces as much as you can, empty what you can from cupboards if the inside is included, and leave a clear path to reach the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms.
Does deep cleaning differ in a rented home compared to an owned one?
The main difference is in what can be moved or taken apart: in a rented home the occupant is careful not to damage anything, and we take that into account when we agree the scope. We ask you about your situation when you call so we can set the work to suit the home and its circumstances.
What affects the cost of a deep clean?
The price depends on the size and type of the home, the agreed scope, the condition of surfaces and how much build-up there is, and access to certain areas. We agree on a price after you explain the state of your home.
Does deep home cleaning work for furnished homes?
Yes, and furnished homes are the common case. We work around the furniture by moving what can be moved and cleaning around and under it. The areas included are agreed when you call.
What mistake do people often make when booking a deep clean?
Many people ask for deep cleaning without naming the areas that concern them most, so the home is cleaned generally without focusing on what needs extra attention. That is why we ask you when you call which areas and surfaces you want more time given to.
