After the event the tent needs proper attention
A tent holds in its fabric the fine dust, food residue, smoke and the moisture that seeps in overnight. Fabric stretched across poles cannot be cleaned by surface wiping alone: stains sink into the fibres, and dirt collects in the folded edges and around the tie points.
We start by learning the type and size of your tent and what the occasion was, then we agree a time with you and what to prepare before we begin. Call or message us on WhatsApp, tell us your district and describe the tent, and we take care of the rest.
- Tent fabric panels
- Poles and frame
- Flooring and carpet
What does tent cleaning cover?
These are the parts the cleaning covers, depending on the tent type, its condition and what occasion was held in it.
- Outer fabric panels
We remove dust and marks from the outer face of the fabric, because direct exposure sun and sand-laden wind leaves a layer that is hard to shift if left.
- Inner walls and ceiling
The inside absorbs smoke, food smells and steam, and we treat these traces in the fabric so they do not stay once the tent is folded and stored.
- Folds, hems and tie points
Dirt collects in the folds at the hems and around the metal rings, which are the spots most often missed in a quick surface clean.
- Poles and metal frame
We wipe the poles and metal joints free of dust and sticky residue before it hardens and becomes harder to remove at the next setup.
- Tent flooring and carpet
The flooring takes all the foot traffic and food spills from guests, and we work according to what is laid down, whether carpet or temporary hard tiles.
- Fitted decoration and accessories
Decorative drapes and fabric tied inside the tent gather dust and smoke particles too, and we wipe or clean them according to how they are fixed.
How do we start?
Three simple steps, and we take care of the rest.
Call or message us on WhatsApp
Tell us the service you need and your district.
Describe the tent and the occasion
Tell us the tent's size, fabric type and what occasion was held in it, and which district it is in, so we understand what the job requires.
We agree a time and what to prepare
We settle on a time with you, and you make sure all furniture, crockery and loose decorations are removed before we arrive, leaving just the tent structure and its fabric.
We work and you check the result
We clean the fabric, poles, flooring and fitted decoration, and when we finish you check the folds and the spots you pointed out to make sure they are clear.
A service that comes to your door
- We come to youOur team arrives at your home with its equipment.
- One callCall or message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the rest.
- The same team for other venuesWe also clean chalets, rest houses, palaces, gardens, yards and rooftops.
- A message or call is enoughDescribe the tent type and condition by WhatsApp or phone and we agree on the details.
One worry is that cleaning might damage the tent fabric or fade its colours. Tent fabrics vary in thickness and weave, which is why we ask about the tent type before we start and treat each surface accordingly. Leave the judgement to us and we take care of the work.

Questions about Tent cleaning
How do I know my tent needs a proper clean rather than a simple wash?
When stains come from several sources such as grease, smoke and food, or when the tent is large with a fixed frame, a simple wash will not reach the folds, hems and tie points. Tents used for several occasions in one season also build up dirt more quickly.
Does the tent size affect how it is cleaned?
Yes, large tents with multiple poles are usually cleaned with the fabric still stretched on the frame, while smaller tents may be folded and their parts handled separately. That is why we ask about the size and type when you call, to agree on the right approach for your tent.
What should I remove from the tent before you start?
Remove furniture, crockery, electronics and any loose decorations not fixed to the fabric, and leave the frame, the fabric panels and fitted decoration in place. If there is anything that cannot be moved, tell us in advance so we can plan around it.
My tent is heavy canvas, does that differ from light fabric tents?
Heavy canvas absorbs stains more deeply and takes longer to dry after cleaning, while lighter fabrics dry faster but are more sensitive to scrubbing. That is why we ask about the fabric type before starting and agree on the right cleaning method.
After cleaning, how do I know the tent is ready to fold and store?
Make sure the fabric is completely dry before folding, because moisture trapped in stored folds can cause the fibres to rot or the colour to change. Run your hand along the folds and hems, and if they feel cool or damp the fabric needs more time in the open air.
