The carpet takes in dust before you see it
Mosque carpet receives worshippers every day, and feet carry fine dust that settles into the base of the fibres, not just the surface. Regular sweeping lifts what is on top, but the layers beneath stay and build up until the carpet changes colour and a damp smell appears on hot days. The dry dusty air means that dust penetrates more readily than in cooler climates.
Call or message us on WhatsApp, tell us the mosque's district, the carpet area and what you notice, and we agree a time that fits around the prayer schedule so worshippers are not affected.

What does mosque carpet cleaning cover?
These are the parts the cleaning goes through in mosque carpet, depending on the carpet's condition and what you have noticed.
- Fibres and backing
Fine dust packs into the base of the fibres well below what a regular vacuum reaches, and we extract it with deep suction that gets down to the backing without damaging the weave.
- Stains and yellowing
Drink marks, food spills and accumulated dirt near entrances leave marks in the carpet threads, and we treat each stain according to its type and the fibre type before washing.
- Trapped odour
Repeated moisture from worshippers' feet seeps into the carpet base and produces an odour that intensifies in the heat, and we treat the source rather than masking the surface.
- Edges and borders
Dirt collects along carpet edges at walls and columns and is often missed, and we make sure these borders are cleaned as part of the job.
- Join with the floor
In many mosques the carpet lies over a tiled or marble floor, and dirt works under the carpet edge, and we check and clean that area too.
- Drying and airing
Damp carpet picks up dust again quickly once the mosque is in use, so leaving enough ventilation time after cleaning matters, and we agree a time that allows for it.
How do we start?
Three simple steps, and we take care of the rest.
Call or message us on WhatsApp
Tell us the service you need and your district.
Tell us what you notice
Tell us the mosque's district, the approximate carpet area, what you notice in terms of stains, smell or yellowing, and whether the carpet is one piece or several.
We agree a time
We settle on a time between prayers or after the evening prayer, and you clear the carpet area of light furniture and any items left on it.
Cleaning and checking
We clean the carpet of dust, stains and odours, then you check the colour, the edges and the main stain areas with us before we leave.

- Describe it in your own wordsA call or a WhatsApp message is enough to explain what you notice in your mosque carpet.

Questions about Mosque carpet cleaning
How do I know the mosque carpet needs deep cleaning and not just sweeping?
Sweeping clears the surface, but if a smell appears on hot days, if the carpet looks darker than its edges near walls that nobody steps on, or if stains remain after sweeping, those are signs that dust has worked deep into the fibres and needs extraction and washing.
Does the carpet fibre type change the way cleaning is done?
Yes. Wool carpet behaves differently from polyester or nylon in how it handles moisture and cleaning. Mosque carpets often have a long pile or multiple layers, and that is why we ask about the type when you call, so we agree on the right approach.
Will old stains on the carpet come out with cleaning?
Old stains that have set into the fibres are harder to remove fully, and the outcome depends on the stain type, the fibre type and how long the stain has been there. We treat each stain appropriately, and anything we cannot remove fully we tell you before we start so you know what to expect.
Should I roll up the carpet or leave it spread before cleaning?
Leave the carpet spread in place as usual, and we handle what is needed during the work. But tell us if the carpet is fixed to the floor or if there are overlapping pieces, so we can prepare for that when we set the time.
Our mosque carpet is in sections and some pieces are at the entrances, can all of it be cleaned?
Entrance pieces take the heaviest dirt because feet come in directly from outside, and they are part of the job. Tell us when you call how many pieces there are and which ones have the most visible dirt, and we agree what the cleaning covers.
