The service in Al Khasirah
Rest houses in the small settlement of Al Khasirah sit on fairly spacious plots with open courtyards and roofs exposed to dust and wind. After a gathering or family event, dust and sand accumulate on floors, furniture and bathrooms, and roofs and courtyards may need clearing of desert dust. Tell us the number of rooms and bathrooms, the size of courtyard and roof, and what needs special attention.
Al Khasirah is a small settlement in the Riyadh region, and owners of rest houses there can call or message us on WhatsApp to agree a cleaning time.
Smaller rest houses in rural settlements may need particular scheduling for full cleaning, depending on the number of spaces, furniture and dust-exposed surfaces.

Questions about Rest house (istiraha) cleaning
Do you clean rest houses in Al Khasirah?
Yes, we work in small settlements in the Riyadh region, including Al Khasirah. Call us or message us on WhatsApp with a description of your rest house and what needs cleaning, and we agree the time and details.
Does cleaning include the courtyard and roof?
Yes, we clean the courtyard and roof of dust, sand and debris as part of the complete cleaning. What exactly needs cleaning depends on the condition of the rest house, and this is agreed when you contact us.
How do I know the istiraha needs a full clean rather than a tidy-up?
If the istiraha hosted a large gathering or repeated sittings, a tidy removes what the eye sees but grease on kitchen walls, stains on outdoor floors and bathroom soiling need actual treatment. If you notice a smell in the air or a stickiness on surfaces, that is a sign a full clean is what is needed.
Does cleaning a rest house differ from cleaning a home?
Yes, the difference is in the area, the variety of surfaces and how the space is used. A rest house combines a large kitchen, a majlis, an outdoor courtyard and annexes, and each area carries its own type of dirt. A barbecue area needs completely different treatment from the interior rooms, which is what makes rest-house cleaning its own kind of work.
What should I prepare before the appointment?
The most helpful preparation is clearing leftover cookware and belongings from surfaces after the gathering, and making all parts of the istiraha accessible, including the annexe and courtyard. If a room is locked or there is an area you want left out, tell us beforehand so we can define the scope clearly.
What affects how the job is agreed?
The size of the istiraha, the number of rooms, kitchens and bathrooms, what it was used for, and how long it has been since the last clean all shape what the work involves. An istiraha after a single gathering is different from one that has not been cleaned for a long time. We ask you about these details when you call so we can agree what suits your situation.
Are outdoor surfaces like the courtyard and terrace washed or just swept?
That depends on the condition of the surface and what is on it. A courtyard floor after a grilling session needs actual washing to remove charcoal grease and food residue, while a pathway with dust and leaves may need only a thorough sweep. We see the state on arrival and tell you what each area needs.
Can I arrange istiraha cleaning both before and after an event?
Yes, cleaning before the event prepares the space for guests and clears accumulated dust and dirt, while cleaning after it returns the place to how it was before use. Both are agreed with a call or WhatsApp message where you tell us the two dates and the nature of the istiraha.
Is rinsing the courtyard with water enough after a barbecue evening?
Usually not. Burnt grease and charcoal residue cling to the paving and get harder to lift as time passes, and water alone only spreads them around. We look at the state of the grilling area and tell you what it needs, and when you call you tell us what happened there.
