Rest house (istiraha) cleaning in Imam Muhammad ibn Saud University

Yes, we clean rest houses and homes throughout Riyadh, including areas around universities. Call us or message us on WhatsApp and tell us about the rest house, and we agree a time for cleaning with you.

Tell us how many storeys, rooms and bathrooms there are, whether there is a courtyard or garden, and what you have noticed of dust, sand or marks on surfaces, furniture and walls after the gathering.

If the istiraha hosted a large gathering or repeated sittings, a tidy removes what the eye sees but grease on kitchen walls, stains on outdoor floors and bathroom soiling need actual treatment. If you notice a smell in the air or a stickiness on surfaces, that is a sign a full clean is what is needed.

Yes, the difference is in the area, the variety of surfaces and how the space is used. A rest house combines a large kitchen, a majlis, an outdoor courtyard and annexes, and each area carries its own type of dirt. A barbecue area needs completely different treatment from the interior rooms, which is what makes rest-house cleaning its own kind of work.

The most helpful preparation is clearing leftover cookware and belongings from surfaces after the gathering, and making all parts of the istiraha accessible, including the annexe and courtyard. If a room is locked or there is an area you want left out, tell us beforehand so we can define the scope clearly.

The size of the istiraha, the number of rooms, kitchens and bathrooms, what it was used for, and how long it has been since the last clean all shape what the work involves. An istiraha after a single gathering is different from one that has not been cleaned for a long time. We ask you about these details when you call so we can agree what suits your situation.

That depends on the condition of the surface and what is on it. A courtyard floor after a grilling session needs actual washing to remove charcoal grease and food residue, while a pathway with dust and leaves may need only a thorough sweep. We see the state on arrival and tell you what each area needs.

Yes, cleaning before the event prepares the space for guests and clears accumulated dust and dirt, while cleaning after it returns the place to how it was before use. Both are agreed with a call or WhatsApp message where you tell us the two dates and the nature of the istiraha.

Usually not. Burnt grease and charcoal residue cling to the paving and get harder to lift as time passes, and water alone only spreads them around. We look at the state of the grilling area and tell you what it needs, and when you call you tell us what happened there.
