The service in Al-Dubiyah
Schools and institutes in Al-Dubiyah vary in size and layout, with classrooms, corridors and bathrooms that need daily or regular attention. Intense summer heat and fine dust increase the need for regular cleaning. Tell us the type of facility, the number of classrooms and shared spaces, and whether you need daily or weekly cleaning, and we agree a schedule that suits you.
Al-Dubiyah is a built-up district of Riyadh city, and school and institute managers can call or message us on WhatsApp to arrange regular cleaning services.
Access to different parts of a school varies depending on building design, so it helps to mention the number of buildings, stairs and main corridors.

Questions about School & university cleaning
Do you provide regular cleaning for schools in Al-Dubiyah?
Yes, we provide regular cleaning for schools and institutes in Al-Dubiyah and other Riyadh districts as needed. Call us or message us on WhatsApp, tell us the type of facility, number of classrooms and how often you need cleaning, and we agree a cleaning schedule.
Do you clean classrooms and bathrooms separately?
Yes, heavily used bathrooms need separate, special attention from classrooms and corridors. We focus on cleaning surfaces, floors and fittings in each area according to what it needs. Tell us about your school's details when you call.
How do I know my school needs a full clean rather than a daily routine?
Signs that a full clean is due include dust settled in corners, on high shelves and in curtains that a daily sweep does not reach, limescale visible on toilet tiles, and corridor floors that have lost their finish after a full school term. A full clean reaches what a quick daily round cannot.
What does the summer heat change about the cleaning?
Heat dries spills and marks quickly and fixes them to surfaces before they can be wiped away. In summer, smears on glass and shoe marks on tile are harder to remove than in cooler months and need direct treatment rather than a light wipe. That is why we ask when the facility was last fully cleaned.
What is the difference in school hygiene service between a private and a government school?
The difference lies in size, number of students and timetable rather than the type of ownership. Many schools ask for a school hygiene service between terms or before the year opens, and others need a regular schedule. We ask for these details when you call so we can agree what fits your facility.
Can the facility be cleaned while school is in session?
Some areas such as corridors and toilets can be cleaned during break times or after the school day. Classrooms, the library and courts are easier to clean in the absence of students. We agree the schedule with you to fit around the facility's programme when you call.
What do I prepare before the team arrives?
It helps to move bags and loose furniture out of the areas being cleaned, clear obstacles from corridors, and let us know in advance about any locked areas or sensitive equipment in the library or admin offices. The more detail you give us, the more smoothly the work goes.
Is there a difference in cleaning between a primary school and a large university?
The main difference is size, the number of buildings and specialist areas such as laboratories and lecture halls in universities. In both cases the scope of the work is set by what you describe to us when you get in touch, and the price is agreed based on the area, its condition and how it is used.
What is the common mistake when arranging school cleaning staffing for the first time?
A mistake that comes up when arranging school cleaning staffing for the first time is describing the areas to be cleaned too loosely at the outset. It helps to name classrooms, toilets, corridors and courts by floor or building so that no section is missed and no area is repeated at the expense of another.
