Bed bugs do not wait start with a check
You wake up with red bites that were not there when you went to sleep, or you spot small dark brown specks on the mattress or pillow. These are early signs of bed bugs: a small, flat insect that feeds at night and retreats to hiding before morning.
Bed bugs do not live only in the mattress. They settle in fabric seams, behind the wooden bed frame, in wall cracks and under carpet edges. Intense summer heat speeds up their reproduction, and their movement through luggage in shared buildings makes early treatment essential. Bed-bug insect control starts with locating exactly where they are, then treating every spot. Some customers ask about bug spraying on the surface alone, and others about bed-bug cleaning that covers the whole room; the right scope is agreed when you call and describe your situation.
Call or message us on WhatsApp, tell us your district and what you have noticed at home, and we agree a suitable time for treatment that reaches every hiding place. Leave the rest to us and rest easy.

- Furniture and cracks
- Walls and skirting
What does bed bug control cover?
These are the areas and stages the treatment goes through in the room or unit, depending on the level of infestation and what you have noticed.
- The mattress, both sides
The mattress is checked on both sides and along all its seams, because bed bugs favour these tight folds as they give shelter close to where people sleep.
- The bed frame
The wooden frame is treated carefully at its joints and cracks, as these are among the places bed bugs retreat to just away from the mattress itself.
- Nearby furniture and chairs
Sofas and chairs near the bedroom are inspected at their seams and under their cushions, as bed bugs move to them when numbers in the bed grow.
- Wall cracks and skirting boards
Cracks in the walls around the bed and along the skirting boards are treated, because bed bugs shelter there between feeds.
- Carpet edges and floor
Carpet edges and the floor beneath them at the walls are treated, as bed bugs crawl under them between rooms in carpeted flats.
- Post-treatment follow-up
After treatment the room is left for a suitable period before re-entry, and the mattress and frame are checked again after a few days to confirm there is no new activity.
How do we start?
Three simple steps, and we take care of the rest.
Call or message us on WhatsApp
Tell us the service you need and your district.
Tell us what you notice
Tell us where you find the bites or the dark specks, whether one room or more is affected, and which district you are in.
We agree a time and you prepare
We settle on a time that suits you, and you move bedding, clothes and personal items away from the beds, cover any food, and leave the room during treatment.
Treatment and the check after
We treat the mattresses, frame, furniture and cracks, then we guide you on what to check in the following days to confirm the treatment has worked.
A service that comes to your door
- We come to youOur team arrives at your home with its equipment.
- One callCall or message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the rest.
- The same team for other pestsWe also handle cockroach control, ant control, termite control, rodent control, mosquito, fly and reptile control, and pigeon and bird control.
- Describe what you see in your own wordsA call or a WhatsApp message is enough to describe what you are seeing, and we agree the details with you.
One worry is that treatment may not reach every hiding place, because bed bugs conceal themselves where the eye does not go. That is why the work covers cracks, seams and behind the frame, not just the mattress surface, and our guidance afterwards helps you follow up on the result.

Questions about Bed bug control
How do I know these are bed bugs and not another insect?
Bed bugs leave distinctive signs: bites on the skin appearing in small rows or clusters, tiny dark brown specks on the mattress or sheet which are their droppings, and sometimes the thin transparent skins they shed. If you are unsure, describe what you see when you call and we can help you assess it.
The bugs are in one room only, do I treat the whole flat?
In shared buildings, bed bugs move between rooms and flats through wall cracks, carpet edges and luggage. If the infestation is visible in one room it may be the starting point rather than the actual boundary. We ask about the other rooms when you call so we can agree on the right scope of treatment.
What should I do with bedding and clothes before treatment?
It is best to remove bedding, pillows and clothes from the area to be treated and seal them in bags. After treatment, wash them at a high temperature, as heat removes bed bugs and their eggs from fabric. We give you the details when we agree on the time.
Is one round of treatment enough, or will I need more?
It depends on the size of the infestation and where the bugs have spread in the room. In some cases one session is sufficient when the infestation is limited and the treatment reaches all hiding places. In others, a check after a few days helps decide whether a further session is needed. The details are agreed when you call and explain the situation.
The bugs appeared after travel, is that normal?
Yes, bed bugs travelling in luggage and clothes from hotels or other buildings is well known. They hide in folds of baggage and arrive home unnoticed. If you spot signs shortly after a trip, an early check limits their spread before they reach other rooms.
Some people ask for bed-bug pesticides only, is that different from a full treatment?
Spraying bed-bug pesticides on the mattress surface alone is different from a full treatment that covers cracks, the frame and nearby furniture. Bed-bug elimination that is thorough means reaching every hiding place, not just the visible surface, and treating all life stages including eggs. We ask about your situation when you call to agree on the right scope.
What should I check after the treatment is done?
In the days after treatment, check the mattress seams and the joints of the bed frame for any new activity such as specks, eggs or live insects. Keep bedding away from the wall and do not bring in new luggage without inspecting it first. If you notice anything, let us know straight away.
