The service in At Tasrir
Villages such as At Tasrir have homes with wider courtyards and land around them, and their carpets are exposed to more dust and sand than urban areas. The carpet may be in living rooms or hallways, and you may need it moved or the floor around it cleaned. Tell us how many carpets you have, their size and the space available to work, so we agree the best approach with you.
At Tasrir is a village in the Riyadh region, and residents can call or message us on WhatsApp to agree a time for carpet cleaning.
Carpets in villages may be more exposed to dust and sand from outside the home, so it is important to tell us if there is deep accumulated dust or particular odours.

Questions about Carpet cleaning
Do you wash carpets in villages like At Tasrir?
Yes, we clean carpets in villages across the Riyadh region, including At Tasrir. Call us or send a WhatsApp message with how many carpets you have and their size, and we agree a time and price based on the carpet condition.
Can you move the carpet from the room before washing?
Moving the carpet depends on its size, location and how easy it is to reach. Tell us where it is and if it is heavy, and we agree with you on any extra work needed when you call.
How do I know my carpet needs washing and not just vacuuming?
If a smell persists after vacuuming, if the colour is noticeably lighter in unused areas compared with walkways, or if a stain has left a mark that wiping will not shift, the carpet needs washing. Vacuuming removes visible dust but does not reach the base of the weave.
What is the difference between steam carpet cleaning and washing with water?
Steam carpet cleaning uses high heat to lift dirt without large amounts of water, which shortens drying time and suits carpets that cannot take heavy soaking. Water washing cleans the fibre more deeply and suits heavy carpets. The type of carpet determines the right method, and that is what we agree when you call.
Can I request carpet wash with pickup from my home?
Yes, pickup from your home is possible. When you get in touch, tell us your district, the size of the carpet and the number of pieces, and we agree on a collection and return arrangement. Some cleaning options are done in place at home and others require moving the carpet; those details are settled when you agree the job.
What determines carpet-wash prices?
The price varies with the type of carpet, its fibre, size, condition and number of pieces, and whether extra stain treatment is needed. When you call or message us we ask for these details and give you the price before any work starts.
Should I prepare the carpet in any particular way before cleaning?
Remove any furniture sitting on the carpet and make sure it is easy to reach. If the carpet is being taken out for washing, check it can be folded or rolled. If you have the maker's care instructions, keep them and mention them when you call.
Does mobile carpet cleaning give the same result as a laundry?
Mobile carpet cleaning suits medium-weight carpets that cannot be moved easily, or when you want to avoid the wait for collection and return. It gives good results for surface and moderate soiling. Heavy or delicate carpets such as Persian or hand-made pieces may need full off-site washing; we explain that when you describe the carpet to us.
Can I have carpet and sofa washing done together?
Yes, the same team handles carpet and sofa washing together. When you call or message, tell us the pieces you want cleaned, their size and condition, and we sort out the details of the visit together.
