The service in At Tasrir
Homes in Riyadh region villages such as At Tasrir usually have a wide courtyard and spacious rooms, meaning you can spread the mattress and ensure good ventilation after cleaning. Fine dust, sweat and moisture seep into the mattress and accumulate over time, affecting sleep quality. When you call, describe the mattress, its size and any stains or odours, and we agree a time that allows complete drying.
At Tasrir is a village in the Riyadh region, and residents can call or message us on WhatsApp to agree a mattress cleaning time.
A mattress that stays in a closed room in a hot, dry climate accumulates moisture, sweat and fine particles.
Mattress cleaning: the full serviceHow do we start?
Three simple steps, and we take care of the rest.
Call or message us on WhatsApp
Tell us the service you need and your district.
Tell us what you notice
Tell us the mattress size and type if you know it, what you notice in terms of stains, smell or change in feel, and which district you are in.
We agree a time
We settle on a time that suits you, and you remove the sheets and pillows and clear the space around the bed so there is room to work on all sides.
We work and you check
We clean the mattress step by step, leave enough ventilation for it to dry, and you check the treated stains and the surface before we leave.
A service that comes to your door
- We come to youOur team arrives at your home with its equipment.
- One callCall or message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the rest.
- All your soft furnishings with one teamThe same team handles sofa cleaning, carpet cleaning, wall-to-wall carpet cleaning, curtain cleaning and furniture and upholstery cleaning.

One worry is that moisture left inside the mattress after cleaning will change its firmness or cause a smell to develop later. Proper drying is a core part of the job, not an optional extra, which is why the bedding goes back only after the layers are confirmed dry. Tell us what you notice and leave the rest to us.

Questions about Mattress cleaning
Do you clean mattresses in At Tasrir village?
Yes, we clean mattresses in villages across the Riyadh region, including At Tasrir. Call us or message us on WhatsApp with a description of the mattress and what you have noticed, and we agree a suitable time.
When do I know my mattress needs cleaning?
If you notice odd odours, stains or feel that sleep is less restful, the mattress needs deep cleaning. Call us and tell us what you have noticed, and we agree a time that suits you.
How do I know my mattress needs cleaning?
Clear signs include a stain that has not shifted despite trying to remove it, a smell that stays even after changing the sheets, or a noticeable change in how the surface feels. Some mattresses show no obvious sign but have not been cleaned for a long time, and fine dust builds up in the layers even without a visible stain.
Does steam mattress cleaning suit every mattress type?
Steam mattress cleaning suits most foam and spring mattresses because it does not flood the fibres with water, but mattresses with natural layers such as latex need a different assessment. When you call, tell us the mattress type if you know it and we agree on the right approach.
What should I do about a stain before you arrive?
Do not rub or scrub the stain, as friction pushes the material deeper into the fibres. If the stain is fresh, gently blot any remaining liquid and then leave it as it is. Scrubbing with household products can set the stain and make it harder to remove later.
How many mattresses can be cleaned in one visit?
The number depends on the mattress sizes, their condition and the layout of the rooms. Tell us when you call how many mattresses you have, their sizes and which rooms they are in, and we agree on what fits the visit.
When can I put the sheets back on after cleaning?
The sheets go back on once the mattress is properly dry, and that varies with the mattress thickness, the size of treated stains and the ventilation in the room. We point this out before we leave so you do not put the bedding back too soon.
How does mattress cleaning differ from sofa cleaning?
Both are deep cleaning of soft furnishings, but mattress fabrics and layers differ from sofa fabrics and padding in thickness and the way they absorb dirt. The same team handles both services, so tell us everything you need when you call and we arrange it accordingly.
Does mattress cleaning cover a small child's mattress?
Yes, mattress cleaning covers children's mattresses too, and they are often more exposed to stains and moisture than adult mattresses. Tell us the size and what you notice and we agree on the right approach.
