Medical sterilisation

Do you have a clinic or care facility whose surfaces and equipment need medical-grade sanitisation? We cover each surface the right way.

About the service

Medical sterilisation is a different job

Surfaces in medical settings differ from those at home: examination tables are covered in vinyl or stainless steel, device handles are hard plastic, and floors in sterile rooms are non-porous materials that can take strong treatment. These surfaces receive many visitors each day with constant contact, making regular sanitisation a necessity rather than a one-off measure.

Call or message us on WhatsApp, tell us the type of facility and which district it is in, and we agree a time and the details of the sanitisation plan that fits each zone in your space.

  • Sensitive surfaces
  • Medical equipment
  • High-touch zones

What does this medical sanitisation cover?

These are the zones and surfaces the work goes through, and the details are agreed based on the type of facility and what you tell us about it.

  • Examination tables and beds

We clean and treat the vinyl and coated surfaces of examination tables and medical beds, because they make direct contact with patients and collect microscopic residue between uses.

  • Device and equipment handles

Device handles are among the most frequently touched surfaces in a medical environment and are treated carefully because their shape can hide residue in corners and joins.

  • Non-porous floors

Medical room floors in epoxy or solid porcelain are cleaned and then treated in the right sequence, because skipping the cleaning step before sanitisation reduces its effectiveness.

  • Wall surfaces and partitions

Walls painted with medical-grade paint or clad in plastic panels are wiped and treated from bottom to top so that dust and residue do not fall back onto already-cleaned surfaces.

  • Doors, handles and switches

These points are touched repeatedly by everyone entering or leaving, and they are treated in every round as high-contact points.

  • Sinks and taps

Sinks and tap surrounds are surfaces where moisture and residue collect, so they are treated with particular care and dried afterwards to reduce moisture build-up.

How do we start?

Three simple steps, and we take care of the rest.

  1. Call or message us on WhatsApp

Tell us the service you need and your district.

  2. Tell us about the facility

Tell us the type of facility, its approximate size, the zones that need this treatment, and which district it is in.

  3. We agree a time and you prepare

We agree a time that suits you, and you prepare by clearing papers and delicate supplies from the surfaces to be treated and freeing the zones we need to reach.

  4. We work and you check after

We treat each surface according to its material and position, then you check the main zones such as handles, tables and sinks before reopening the facility.

Questions about Medical sterilisation

How do I know my facility needs this level of sanitisation rather than ordinary cleaning?

This level of sanitisation is usually needed when a space regularly receives patients or care cases, after an infectious case has been present, or when opening for the first time or after a renovation. Ordinary cleaning removes what the eye sees, while medical-grade treatment reaches surfaces touched by many hands that show no visible sign.

Which surfaces need special attention in this kind of sanitisation work?

Vinyl surfaces on examination tables are sensitive to abrasive materials that can weaken their protective layer over time. Stainless steel tolerates more but its joins trap residue. Epoxy floors require thorough cleaning before treatment or a layer remains that blocks its reach. All of this is assessed after we know your facility type.

Do I need to close the whole facility during this sanitisation work?

In most cases the zones being worked on need to be cleared until the surfaces dry and are ready for use again. Whether all areas close at once or in stages is agreed when you call, based on the size of your facility and a time that suits your operation.

What should I prepare before the team arrives for this work?

Move papers, delicate supplies and portable devices away from the surfaces to be treated. Clear the agreed zones of people. If there are specially coated surfaces or sensitive equipment in the same room, tell us when you call so we can account for them before we start.

Does this sanitisation work differ from room to room in a clinic?

Yes, an examination room differs from a waiting area and from a bathroom. The examination room has vinyl tables and sensitive devices, the waiting area has door handles and high-contact points, and the bathroom has constant moisture that calls for separate attention. That is why we ask about your space in detail before we agree on the plan.
