Your facility runs every day and the dirt builds with it
A factory or warehouse never stops, and fine dust, oils and raw-material residue settle every day on industrial floors, storage racking, equipment and corridor walls. Desert sand adds to this on external surfaces and in ventilation openings, and it is a fine-grained dust that works into corners and recesses that ordinary brooms cannot reach.
The difference between a clean facility and one left to accumulate is not only appearance; it also affects product integrity, equipment performance and worker comfort. Greasy floors obstruct movement, dusty racking contaminates stored goods, and high surfaces such as beams and gantries become reservoirs for dust if neglected, requiring different access equipment from what floor cleaning uses.
Some customers ask about warehouse cleaning as a standalone job, while others need a full factory clean covering workshops, corridors and storage together. Call or message us on WhatsApp, tell us the type of facility and your district, and we agree on what suits you.

Questions about Factory & warehouse cleaning
How do I know my facility needs a specialised clean?
If you notice an oil or grease layer on the floor that a broom cannot remove, dust piling on racking and high beams, or a smell from raw-material residue, these are signs that routine cleaning is no longer enough. Industrial surfaces need methods that differ from everyday cleaning.
What is the difference between warehouse cleaning and factory cleaning?
A warehouse is mainly storage, so the main build-up is dust on racking, floors and high surfaces. A factory adds oils, metal filings and raw-material residue from machinery, which makes floors stickier and equipment cleaning part of the job. Tell us what your facility does when you call so we can agree on what it needs.
Can the warehouse be cleaned without moving the stock out?
In most cases aisles, floors and empty sections can be cleaned without moving all the stock, but cleaning the racking itself requires clearing the shelves in the section being worked on. We agree the order of work with you when you call to keep stock movement to a minimum.
What determines the price for a factory or warehouse clean?
The price depends on the facility's area, the type of surfaces, the level of build-up, ease of access to high or tight spaces, and the type of activity carried out there. You call us, explain the facility, and we agree a price based on what it needs.
Are epoxy floors cleaned differently?
Yes. Epoxy floors are smooth and shiny and show scratches easily, so they need different tools and methods from rough concrete or tile. Oil on epoxy becomes sticky over time and does not come off with ordinary mopping. Tell us your facility's floor type when you call.
Does warehouse cleaning include the ceiling and high beams?
High surfaces such as beams, gantries and industrial ceilings collect layers of dust and cobwebs, and need access equipment such as tall ladders or platforms. Whether they are included is agreed when you call, based on the facility's height and your needs.
Does it matter if the facility runs night shifts?
Yes. If your facility operates through night shifts, we agree with you on times when sections are relatively free and start there first, so the operation is not disrupted. Tell us your shift schedule when you call and we arrange the work around your facility.
