Questions about Garden cleaning
How do I know my garden needs cleaning rather than just watering?
If dust and sand cover the paving and plant leaves, dry leaves have collected in corners and green marks appear on the path, those are signs for cleaning rather than watering. Watering does not remove rotting leaves from around roots or algae from paving, and those are what make the space look neglected.
Should I move potted plants before the cleaning appointment?
Potted plants you can move easily are better shifted away from the surfaces to be cleaned so we can reach them fully. Plants fixed in the ground stay where they are; just mention them when you call so we work around them carefully.
What should I check after the garden cleaning is done?
After we finish, walk the paths and check them for leaves and marks, and look at the edges and corners. Check the drain openings too to make sure water runs freely when you irrigate. If you notice anything we missed, tell us straight away.
What changes the scope of work in a garden?
The size of the garden, the type of surface, how many fixed plants there are, the amount of accumulated leaves and the condition of any furniture all affect the scope of work. That is why we ask for details about your garden when you call, so we agree on what suits it.
Does garden cleaning include trimming trees or shaping plants?
Garden cleaning means removing leaves, dust and marks, and cleaning the surfaces, furniture and drains. Tree trimming and plant shaping are a different job and are not part of cleaning. If you need both, mention it when you call and we will agree on what can be arranged.
