Your roof carries the dust all year long
A rooftop is open to the sky all year and receives the fine dust and sand that the winds carry, along with leaves and debris that collect in corners and over drains. What many owners do not notice is that this build-up blocks drain channels slowly, so water pools on the roof at the first rainfall.
We clean the rooftop from the floor surface and perimeter walls through to the drains, gutters and the shaded spots where dust sits longest. Call or message us on WhatsApp, tell us the size of your roof and which district you are in, and we agree a time with you.

What does rooftop cleaning cover?
These are the parts the cleaning goes through on your rooftop, depending on its size, condition and what you notice in it.
- Roof floor and tiles
Layers of dust, sand and ingrained marks are removed from the tiles; rooftop tiles darken over time because dry deposits bond to the surface as the summer heat dries them in.
- Drains and drain openings
Drain openings are cleared of built-up debris and leaves, because a blocked drain is the usual reason water pools on a rooftop after rain and finds its way into the parapet or the walls.
- Gutters and side channels
Gutters and side channels are checked and cleared of compacted dust and debris; they collect what the wind sweeps to the edge and are often neglected because they are hard to see from below.
- Parapet walls
The walls around the roof edge are wiped of dust and marks; they collect dirt on both the inner and outer faces because air movement around them deposits fine particles on both sides.
- Overhead tanks and their frames
The outer body of overhead water tanks and their metal frames are cleaned; layers of rust dust and settled grit build up on these structures under the intense heat of the summers.
- Other rooftop fixtures
Outdoor AC units, visible pipes and any other structures on the roof are included based on what you describe when you call; the details for this part are agreed with the team before the work starts.
How do we start?
Three simple steps, and we take care of the rest.
Call or message us on WhatsApp

Describe your rooftop
Tell us the approximate size of the rooftop and what you notice, whether the drains are blocked, water is pooling, or there is heavy dust build-up, and which district you are in.
Agree the time and prepare
We settle on a time that suits you; it helps to clear any stored items from the roof and make sure the access point is free before we arrive.
We clean and check with you
We clean the floor, drains, gutters, walls and fixtures, then check with you that the drain openings are clear and the floor has no standing water.

Questions about Rooftop cleaning
How do I know my rooftop needs cleaning now?
If you notice water pooling after rain, drains running slowly, or a thick grey layer over the floor and walls, these are clear signs. A roof that has not been cleaned for a long time builds up dry deposits that become harder to remove the longer they are left.
Does the type of tile change how the cleaning is done?
Yes. Rooftop tiles range from smooth ceramic to rough stone and cement-based materials, and each needs a different approach to remove deposits without scratching the surface. That is why we ask about your floor type when you call, so we can agree on the right method.
What changes the cost of cleaning a rooftop?
The cost depends on the size of the roof, how much deposit and sand has built up, what fixtures such as tanks and outdoor units are on it, and how the roof is accessed. We agree the price after you describe these details.
Should I clear the rooftop of stored items before the cleaning?
It helps to do so. Stored items slow the work and can hide surfaces that need cleaning. The more open the working area is, the more thoroughly the floor and drains can be cleaned.
Are the roof edges and visible pipes cleaned too?
The parapet walls around the roof are included in the cleaning, and visible pipes and other fixtures are discussed when you call. Tell us what is on your rooftop and we include what is appropriate in the visit.
