A new home carries the traces of its build
After finishing work is done, walls look bright, but fine plaster dust settles on every horizontal surface, paint residue sticks to glass and tiles, and grease or cement leaves marks on stone floors and door frames. Those traces do not come off with an ordinary wipe; each surface needs a different approach.
Tell us your district, the size of the home and what finishing marks you have noticed, and we agree a time before the furniture arrives. We clean surfaces, floors, windows, the kitchen and the bathrooms, and leave the home ready to move into.

What does new-home cleaning cover?
These are the areas the cleaning goes through in a new home, depending on the finishing condition and what you have noticed.
- Floors and tiles
We remove plaster, cement and grease residue from stone and ceramic floors, because these materials dry hard and scratch the surface if left too long.
- Walls and ceilings
We wipe fine dust and stray paint from walls and ceilings, as plaster dust clings to fresh paint and dulls it when it builds up.
- Windows and glass
We clean glass panes from inside and clear paint residue and adhesive tape marks from metal frames, which are among the most visible finishing traces in a new home.
- Kitchen and cabinets
We wipe cabinets inside and out and clean the worktop, tiles and sink of dust and residue before any utensils or supplies go in.
- Bathrooms and ceramics
We clear cement and excess silicone from tiles, basins and mirrors, because they harden quickly on ceramic and need careful removal.
- Doors and frames
We wipe door edges, wooden frames and glass panels clean of paint marks and dust, which gather along raised edges throughout the build.
How do we start?
Three simple steps, and we take care of the rest.
Call or message us on WhatsApp
Tell us the service you need and your district.
Tell us about the home
Tell us the size of the home, the finishing condition and any residue or marks you have spotted, and which district it is in.
We agree a time
We settle on a time before the furniture moves in, and you make sure electricity and water are available in the home so the work can start.
We start cleaning
We clean surfaces, floors, windows, bathrooms and the kitchen, then you walk through the home to check that everything you noticed has been cleared.
A service that comes to your door
- We come to youOur team arrives at your home with its equipment.
- One callCall or message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the rest.
- Other services for the same homeWe also do Majlis cleaning, Villa cleaning, Deep cleaning, Move-in / move-out cleaning and Post-construction cleaning.
- Describe the home in your own wordsA call or a WhatsApp message is enough to tell us what you see and agree on a time.
One worry is that a mark or stain will remain after the work is done. Finishing residue varies from one surface to another, so we start by looking at what you have noticed and treat each surface according to its material. Leave the home to us, then walk through it yourself when we finish.

Questions about New-home cleaning
How do I know my new home needs specialist cleaning rather than just sweeping?
If you notice white or grey patches on tiles that sweeping does not clear, adhesive tape marks on glass, or fine dust that returns after a quick wipe, those are finishing residues that need treating surface by surface, not just an ordinary wipe-down.
Should I move the furniture in before or after cleaning?
Cleaning before the furniture arrives is better, because floors, edges and corners are fully open. If the furniture is already in, tell us when you call so we can factor that into the scope of the work.
What changes the scale of work in new-home cleaning?
The size of the home and number of floors and rooms, the amount and type of finishing residue, whether the floors are marble, stone or ceramic, and how recently the build ended all affect the scale of the work. Mention them when you call.
What should I check in the home after cleaning is done?
Check the glass in daylight for paint residue or tape marks, run your hand along tile edges to feel for plaster, and look at dark surfaces under light to catch any remaining fine dust.
Does new-home cleaning suit a home straight after finishing or only after some time has passed?
The home can be cleaned straight after finishing, and that is in fact better before residues harden and settle on surfaces. The longer the time since the build ended, the more effort some residues need, especially plaster on stone tiles in the hot climate.
