New-villa cleaning

Your new villa is handed over, but construction dust, paint marks and material residue are still in every corner. We clean it so it is genuinely ready to live in.

About the service

Handover does not mean ready to live in

Once building and fit-out work finishes, a villa can look complete, but a fine layer of plaster and sand dust coats every surface, paint and silicone residue clings to glass and walls, and marble floors carry adhesive and lime marks. That fine dust settles into built-in cupboards and AC vents before the family has even walked through the door.

Message us on WhatsApp or call us, tell us your district, the number of floors and anything you notice in the villa, and we agree a time that suits you before the furniture arrives or the move begins.

  • Construction dust
  • Paint and adhesive marks
  • Floors and marble

What does new-villa cleaning cover?

These are the surfaces and parts the cleaning covers in a new villa, depending on its condition and what you notice in it.

  • Marble and porcelain floors

Adhesive, lime and plaster marks stay on the floor after fit-out and are removed carefully so the tile surface is clean without being scratched.

  • Glass and windows

Paint spray and silicone residue stick to glass during construction and are wiped away so the view through it is clear from both inside and outside.

  • Walls and ceilings

Paint leaves marks and plaster dust coats new surfaces, so walls and ceilings are wiped in a way that suits fresh paintwork without damaging it.

  • Built-in cupboards and drawers

Construction dust gets inside built-in cupboards before the doors are fitted, so internal and external surfaces are cleaned and ready for clothes and belongings.

  • Sanitary ware and kitchen

Basins, toilets and sinks arrive with construction material on them and are washed clean of those marks before first use.

  • Thresholds, entrances and stairs

Stairs and entrances collect more dust and debris than other areas because of heavy foot traffic during construction, and are swept and wiped so the family's first entry is a proper one.

How do we start?

Three simple steps, and we take care of the rest.

  1. Call or message us on WhatsApp

Tell us the service you need and your district.

  2. Tell us about the villa

Tell us which district, how many floors there are, and whether the contractor handed it over recently or some time ago. All of this helps us prepare the work.

  3. We agree a time and you prepare

We settle a time before the furniture moves in, because an empty villa can be cleaned from top to bottom. Make sure electricity and water are available on the day.

  4. We work from top to bottom

Cleaning starts at ceilings and walls, then cupboards, then floors, so dust does not fall back onto what is already clean. Afterwards, check the glass, the floors and the inside of the cupboards.

The whole home from one company

One worry is that cleaning might scratch new marble or damage fresh paintwork. In a new villa the approach changes surface by surface: what suits tiled floors is not what suits coated glass, and what removes lime marks is kept away from paintwork. Tell us what you see in your villa and leave the method to us.

Questions about New-villa cleaning

How do I know my new villa needs cleaning before we move in?

If you see a fine white or grey layer on floors and walls after the contractor hands over, or notice marks on the glass and adhesive traces on tiles, that is construction residue that does not come off with a regular wipe. A new villa looks finished but needs a different kind of cleaning before furniture and belongings come in.

Is cleaning a new villa different from cleaning one that is already lived in?

Yes. In a new villa the main issue is construction material residue: plaster dust, lime, adhesive marks and paint, which need a different removal approach from everyday dirt. The villa is also usually empty, giving full access to every surface. Tell us when you call whether it is new or lived in so we prepare accordingly.

Does the villa need to be completely empty on the day?

The emptier the villa, the more complete the access to floors, cupboards and corners. If some furniture is already there, tell us in advance and we agree what is cleaned and what is left until the move is finished.

What should I check after the new villa is cleaned?

Start with the glass in daylight because paint residue shows up most clearly there, then look at the marble floors to confirm adhesive marks are gone, then open the cupboards and check inside them, and finally run a hand along window frames and thresholds where construction dust tends to collect.

What affects the scope of work in new-villa cleaning?

The number of floors and the villa's size both affect it, as does the type of finish such as marble versus porcelain, how fully the construction work is actually done, and how much material residue has built up on the surfaces. A villa left empty for a long time after handover may have taken on extra dust from the surrounding area. We go through all of this with you when you call.
