How do I know my chairs need cleaning and not just a brush-down?
If a smell stays after you air the room, a dark mark does not go away with dry wiping, or the fabric has changed colour in areas that get regular use, those are signs the dirt has gone into the padding or fibre and needs more than a brush-down.
Does cleaning dining chairs differ from cleaning sitting room chairs?
Yes, dining chairs tend to be smaller with fabric that faces food and drink stains needing prompt treatment, while sitting room chairs have deeper padding and more attention goes to built-up smells. The more you tell us about the type when you call, the better we prepare.
What should I prepare before the chair cleaning appointment?
