The room a guest judges in seconds
A hotel room holds several materials in a small space: glass, marble, timber, fabric, chrome and synthetic leather. Each one picks up dirt differently and needs a different approach. The fine dust that the air carries settles on all of them, and what is left without proper attention is enough for a guest to notice the moment they walk in.
Call or message us on WhatsApp, tell us the number of rooms, the type of property and your district, and we agree a time that fits your hotel's operating schedule.

What does hotel room cleaning cover?
These are the parts the cleaning covers in each room, according to the surface type, its condition and what the property manager notices.
- Hard surfaces and walls
We wipe tables, bed frames, headboards and walls free of dust and marks, because fine dust clings to these surfaces and shows up clearly in angled light.
- Bathroom: tiles and fittings
We clean tiles, mirrors, basins, the toilet and wet areas, because high humidity in the summer speeds up limescale build-up on chrome and ceramic fittings.
- Floors and carpet
We treat hard floors according to their material, and attend to carpet, which traps dust and fibres deep in its pile and holds them there.
- Soft furnishings and curtains
Upholstered chairs, sofas and curtains absorb dust and odours over time, and we attend to them because a guest feels and sees their state as soon as they sit or look around.
- Kitchenette and appliances
Where there is a kitchenette or appliances such as a fridge or microwave, we wipe them inside and out, as they become a source of odour when left unattended.
- Finishing details
Switches, control panels, door handles and full-length mirrors are all touched and seen by the guest, so they are part of the detailed clean.
How do we start?
Three simple steps, and we take care of the rest.
Call or message us on WhatsApp
Tell us the service you need and your district.
Tell us about the rooms
Tell us the number and type of rooms, what you have noticed, whether there are suites, en-suite bathrooms or kitchenettes, and which district the hotel is in.
We agree a time and you prepare
We settle on a time that fits your occupancy schedule, and you have the empty rooms or those set aside for cleaning ready for us at that time.
We work and you check
We move through the rooms in the agreed order, and when we finish you check the surfaces, bathrooms and finishing details before guests arrive.
A service that comes to your door
- We come to youOur team arrives at your home with its equipment.
- One callCall or message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the rest.
- Other services for your propertyWe also handle commercial pest control and contracts, restaurant and café cleaning, and commercial post-construction cleaning.
- Describe what you needA call or a WhatsApp message is enough to describe the rooms, their number and what you notice in them.
One worry is that cleaning will take rooms out of service for too long. We agree with you on which rooms are set aside for cleaning at each stage, so check-in keeps running and the arrangement is clear before we start.

Questions about Hotel room cleaning
How do I know the rooms need a detailed clean rather than the daily routine?
Daily cleaning handles visible surfaces, but limescale on chrome fittings, dust deep in carpet fibres and marks on walls near handles all need detailed attention. When the daily routine no longer removes these signs, that is a clear indication.
What should I prepare before a detailed clean of hotel rooms?
Clear the rooms of guests' belongings, and make sure valuables are locked away or removed. Tell us about any rooms with sensitive equipment or special materials such as marble or polished timber so we can take that into account.
The marble in the room bathrooms stains quickly, what causes that?
Marble is porous and sensitive to acids. The hard water common leaves white deposits on it, and the wrong cleaning agent opens its pores further. That is why we ask about the surfaces in your bathrooms when you call, so each material is treated the right way.
What should I check after the room cleaning is done?
Check mirrors and glass surfaces in angled light for any residue, look at the chrome in the bathroom and under the basin rim, and run a finger along edges and switches. These are the points a guest touches or sees at close range first.
The rooms vary in size and grade, does that affect the price?
Yes, the size of the room, the number of bathrooms, the type of surfaces and whether there is a kitchenette or a lounge in the suite all affect the scope agreed. That is why we ask about room categories and what each includes when you call, so we agree on what suits your property.
