Eggs and early stages accumulate in these places for a long time before any adult appears. Treating only the animal is not enough to clear an infestation from a home.

What does flea control cover?
The treatment goes through the places where fleas live at each stage of their life cycle, not just the visible surface.
- Carpets and rugs
Eggs and larvae sink into carpet fibres and stay hidden there. Treatment reaches both the surface and the depth, because what is on top is not all that is in the carpet.
- Mattresses and cushions
Mattress and cushion filling is a warm environment that suits early flea stages. We check the seams and edges of bedding where eggs collect.
- Upholstered furniture
Under sofa cushions and in fabric folds, flea stages gather away from the light. We treat these folds and joints that are hard to see.

Questions about Flea control
How do I know I have fleas and not a different insect?
Flea bites usually appear around the ankles and lower legs as small red dots in lines or clusters. If you see tiny black specks on your pet's bedding or in the carpet, those are likely dried flea droppings. Tell us these details when you call and we help you identify what you need.
I have no pet, so how did fleas get into my home?
Fleas travel on clothing, shoes and second-hand furniture, and their eggs can stay in carpet for a long time before hatching. In some districts, stray cats pass near entrances or courtyards and leave eggs on the ground.
What should I prepare before you come for flea control?
Clear clothing, toys and loose items off the floors in the rooms to be treated, take pets out of the home or away from those areas, and tell us if there are infants or young children so we can agree on the right preparation.
Fleas came back after treatment, what is the reason?
Flea eggs and pupae inside their cocoons are not reached by some surface treatments, and they hatch days or weeks later. Careful observation after treatment matters, and if you notice activity returning, tell us when you call so we can agree the next step.
What should I check after flea treatment is done?
Watch whether bites reduce over the following days, and check your pet's bedding and resting spots for fresh black specks. If you notice activity in areas that were not mentioned before, tell us, as it may point to a source that was not treated.
