The unit is hidden above and dust builds quietly
A concealed AC is different from a split or a window unit: its air handler sits inside the suspended ceiling and distributes air through duct runs. That layout means the coil, blower and drain collect dust and dirt in a space that can only be reached by opening an access panel, and in many homes a long time passes before anyone looks inside.
Tell us your district, how many units you have and what you notice about the airflow or the smell from the vents, and we agree a time. Call or message us on WhatsApp and we take care of the rest.

What does concealed AC cleaning cover?
These are the parts the cleaning covers in the hidden unit, depending on the condition of your AC and what you notice in the cooling performance.
- Access panel and casing
We open the access panel in the suspended ceiling to reach the unit and wipe dust from the inner casing before working on the other parts.
- Internal filters
The filters in a concealed unit usually sit behind the return air grille; removing and washing them restores free airflow across the coil.
- Coil and fins
We clean the cooling coil and its thin fins where fine dust clings over time, and this is what weakens the cooling in the rooms the duct serves.
- Centrifugal blower
Dirt builds on the centrifugal blower blades, throwing them off balance and reducing the air pressure sent through the ducts, and we remove it.
- Condensate tray and drain
The condensate tray collects water and drains it through a pipe. If algae or dirt settle in it the drain blocks and water leaks into the plasterboard.
- Supply and return grilles
We wipe dust from the supply grilles and the return air grille, as they are what the eye sees and the first place where airflow gets restricted.
How do we start?
Three simple steps, and we take care of the rest.
Call or message us on WhatsApp
Tell us the service you need and your district.
Tell us what you notice
Tell us whether the air is weak in one room, whether a smell comes from the vents, which district you are in, and how many concealed units you have.
We agree a time
We settle on a time that works for you, and you make sure the ceiling access panel is reachable and move any furniture or covers beneath it.
We start the work
We clean the filters, coil, blower, tray and drain line, then switch the unit on and check the airflow from each supply grille with you.
A service that comes to your door
- We come to youOur team arrives at your home with its equipment.
- One callCall or message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the rest.
- Other AC types with the same teamWe also clean split, window and central ACs, AC filters, and air ducts.
- Describe it in your own wordsA call or a WhatsApp message is enough to tell us what you notice in your concealed AC.
One worry is whether the unit can be reached without damaging the plasterboard. The existing access panel in the ceiling is enough to complete the cleaning without touching the surrounding panels, and you leave the details to us once you describe the ceiling setup when you call.

Questions about Concealed AC cleaning
How do I know the concealed AC is what needs cleaning?
Signs show in the rooms it serves: weak air from certain grilles, a smell when the AC first runs in summer, or water drops near the supply vents. Because the unit is hidden you cannot easily inspect it, so describing what you notice when you call helps us work out what the job involves.
What should I prepare before the concealed AC cleaning appointment?
Make sure the ceiling access panel opens easily and that the space below it is clear of furniture, curtains and covers. If the panel has been painted over or has not been opened for a long time, let us know in advance.
What should I check after the concealed AC is cleaned?
Switch the unit on and stand at each supply grille to feel the airflow, and check that no water drips from the vents or from the edges of the panel near the unit. If one room feels different from the others, let us know as it may point to a duct run that needs attention.
Can a blocked condensate tray cause a leak into the plasterboard?
Yes, and this is one of the more common concealed AC problems during summer. The unit produces a large amount of condensate in the intense heat, and if algae settle in the tray or the drain pipe blocks, the water overflows onto the plasterboard and stains or cracks appear. Cleaning the tray and the pipe is part of the full unit clean.
What affects the details and the price agreement for concealed AC cleaning?
The number of units, how easily the ceiling panels open, the condition of the unit and how long it has been since the last clean, and whether the filters or tray need extra attention all affect the details. Explain these when you call or message us on WhatsApp and we agree on what suits your situation.
