Pigeons do not leave on their own
Pigeons return to a place they have made their own again and again, because they find a nesting spot and a food source there. The droppings that build up on a balcony ledge, a window frame or an AC unit go beyond an eyesore: they eat into paint and damage surfaces over time. In the tightly packed districts, where open roofs and stacked AC units are common, pigeons find shelter in many gaps and overhangs.
There is a side to this that many people do not see. Pigeons living on or around your home bring pigeon-borne pests with them, specifically mites and lice that live in their nests and droppings, and sometimes move into the building. That is why dealing with a bird problem includes cleaning what they have left behind, not only removing the birds.
We start by listening to what you have noticed: droppings on the balcony only, a nest inside the window AC, birds in gaps along the facade, or activity on the roof? Call or message us on WhatsApp, tell us your district and describe the situation, and we agree a time with you.

We agree a time and what to prepare
We settle on a convenient time, and we advise you to move anything that can be stained away from the affected area before work begins.

A service that comes to your door
- We come to youOur team arrives at your home with its equipment.
- One callCall or message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the rest.
- One team for pests and birdsWe also handle cockroach, ant, rodent, bed bug, mosquito, fly and reptile control, as well as termite control.
- Explain the problem in your own wordsOne call or WhatsApp message is enough to tell us what you have noticed and agree on the next step.
One worry is that the birds will come back after removal. The honest answer is that simply driving pigeons away without closing nesting spots and clearing what they have left behind makes a return likely. That is why the work covers droppings, nests and barriers together. Tell us what you notice and leave the rest to us.

Questions about Pigeon & bird control
How do I know this needs proper treatment and is not just passing birds?
Passing birds do not build nests or return to the same spot every day. If you find a nest inside a window AC or in a gap in the facade, or see droppings piling up in the same place regularly, that means the bird has settled there and the situation needs treatment.
What damage does accumulated droppings cause on a balcony or facade?
Bird droppings are acidic and react gradually with paint, concrete and stone. Layers built up in the intense summer heat harden and become harder to remove, and they can leave lasting marks or affect the surface finish if left for a long time.
Do I need to clear the balcony or roof before treatment?
You do not need to clear everything, but it helps to move planters, light furniture and decorative items away from the work area. The clearer the access to ledges and gaps, the more thorough the droppings treatment and barrier fitting can be.
What should I do if I find a nest inside my window AC?
Do not remove the nest yourself if it contains eggs or chicks, as that can attract more birds to the spot. Pigeon nests also harbour mites and lice, and handling them without proper preparation puts you at risk. Tell us the situation when you call and we agree on what suits it.
After barriers go up, can birds find another route to nest?
Yes, if gaps are left untreated. That is why the first step is to check all potential nesting spots in the affected area, not only the places where birds are visibly active. When you call, tell us about the facade layout and the floors involved so we can gauge the scope of the work.
Is pigeon removal different from pigeon control?
Pigeon removal describes moving birds away from a spot temporarily, while pigeon control also includes closing nesting sites, cleaning the mess left behind and fitting barriers to prevent return. Some customers ask for pigeon removal and others for pigeon control; the details are agreed when you call, based on what you have noticed at home.
Is treating pigeon-borne pests a separate service?
Treating pigeon-borne pests such as mites and lice associated with nests is assessed based on what is found during the work. If pests are present in or around the nest, or have moved inside the home, we discuss the right treatment steps with you. The details are agreed when you call.
