Pest-control contract

A pest appeared, was treated, then came back, and the treatment did not hold? A regular contract keeps protection active and breaks the breeding cycle before it restarts.

About the service

One treatment does not stop the return

Many pests return after a single treatment because their life cycle was not fully broken. Eggs hidden in cracks and cavities hatch weeks later, and pests from outside the building find their way back in during the warm months. The dust and summer heat make conditions easy for reinfestation.

A contract means agreed visits at regular intervals, treating the exposed points before a problem becomes visible again. Call or message us on WhatsApp, tell us the type of property, what you noticed before, and which district you are in, and we agree on what suits your situation.

What does a pest-control contract cover?

These are the areas treated on each scheduled visit, depending on the type of property and the pest activity recorded in it.

  • Visit assessment

Each visit begins with a check of the spots where activity was recorded last time, to see whether it has reduced or appeared somewhere new.

  • Cracks and cavities

Many pests shelter in the gaps between walls, floors and pipe runs. These points are treated in every cycle to break the breeding cycle before it completes.

  • Kitchen and drains

The kitchen and drain points attract cockroaches and ants more than most areas, and they need regular attention because they receive fresh external exposure each time.

  • Entry points and openings

Door frames, window edges and ventilation openings are the first route for pests entering from outside, and they are treated to reduce re-entry between visits.

  • Garden and external perimeter

Ants, wasps and other pests originate from planted areas or surrounding soil, so the contract includes treating the external perimeter when that is needed.

  • Activity log and visit record

What is found on each visit is recorded and explained to the customer, so if the type or location of activity changes, the treatment can be adjusted in the next cycle.

How do we start?

Three simple steps, and we take care of the rest.

  1. Call or message us on WhatsApp

Tell us the service you need and your district.

  2. Tell us about your property

Tell us the type and approximate size of the property, which pests you have seen before, whether it was treated previously, and which district it is in.

  3. We agree the details

We agree with you on the visits, the intervals and what to prepare before each one, such as clearing open food from the kitchen and keeping children and pets away from treated areas.

  4. Treatment and follow-up

On each visit the agreed points are treated. After the work, check the entry points and cracks that were pointed out, and let us know if you see different activity before the next visit.

Questions about Pest-control contract

How do I know my home needs a contract rather than a single treatment?

If a pest returned after a previous treatment, if the property has regular external sources such as a garden or shared building, or if the pest re-establishes itself readily, such as cockroaches or ants, then regular follow-up serves better than a one-off treatment. We ask you when you call to work out what suits your situation.

What affects the number of visits agreed in a contract?

The type of pest and its life cycle set the right interval between visits, since some species hatch their eggs within weeks and need closer follow-up. The size of the property, the presence of a garden or commercial kitchen, and the level of previous activity are all factors discussed when the details are agreed.

What should I prepare before each scheduled visit?

Clear open food from the kitchen and close storage containers, keep children and pets away from the areas being treated, and leave easy access to the cracks, entry points and drains the team works on. If there are extra areas needing attention, let us know before the visit.

What should I watch for between scheduled visits?

Watch the points that were highlighted in the last visit, and notice any change in the type of pest, where it appears or when. New activity in a spot not seen before, or a pest not mentioned in the contract, is worth reporting so the next visit can take it into account.

Can a contract cover different pest types at the same time?

Yes, many homes have more than one pest type in different areas, such as cockroaches in the kitchen, ants in the garden and bed bugs in the bedrooms. What the contract covers is decided when you tell us what you have noticed, and it can be adjusted if additional activity appears later.
