Construction-debris removal

Construction is done, but rubble, broken materials and leftover debris are still filling the space? We lift and remove them so the floors and corners are clear for what comes next.

About the service

Construction debris needs dedicated removal

Construction leftovers are not dust to wipe or a stain to treat. They are broken concrete blocks, tile fragments, plaster offcuts, short timber boards, scrap metal pieces and empty material sacks. This kind of debris settles in the corners of buildings, on floors and on staircase steps, and it needs to be lifted by hand and taken off site, not wiped or washed away.

Tell us the district your property is in and what the space contains, and we agree a time with you. Once we are done, check the floors, corners and stairs to confirm that everything you described has been cleared, then hand the space over to whatever cleaning step follows.

  • Rubble and broken waste
  • Leftover tiles and plaster
  • Timber and metal offcuts

What does construction-debris removal cover?

These are the types of debris that construction-debris removal deals with, and what happens to each so the space is left clear.

  • Concrete blocks and rubble

Broken concrete pieces and heavy rubble are lifted by hand from floors and corners, as they cannot be swept but must be gathered and taken off site.

  • Tile and ceramic fragments

Broken tile and ceramic edges are sharp and hide beneath other debris; we gather them carefully before they scratch any surface underfoot.

  • Plaster and brick offcuts

Plaster and brick offcuts pile up in corners and along walls; removing them by hand stops the fine white dust they shed from building up on every surface.

  • Timber boards and frame offcuts

Leftover timber boards and door or window frame pieces pile up in corridors and on stairs; they are gathered and removed because they block movement through the space.

  • Scrap metal and wire

Short metal rods and leftover wires from reinforcement and utility work are a hazard underfoot, and we remove them as part of the full clearance.

  • Empty sacks and packaging

Cement and plaster sacks and material packaging are left scattered once construction ends; they go with the rest of the debris so no corner is left uncleared.

How do we start?

Three simple steps, and we take care of the rest.

  1. Call or message us on WhatsApp

Tell us the service you need and your district.

  2. Describe the debris you have

Tell us what type of debris you have, whether it is heavy rubble, leftover tiles and plaster, or a mix of types, and which district the property is in.

  3. We agree a time and you prepare

We settle on a time that suits you, and you make sure the path to the debris is open and that the exit routes from the building are clear.

  4. We clear the debris and check together

We lift and remove the debris from site, then walk through the space with you to confirm that the floors, corners and stairs are clear of everything you described.

Questions about Construction-debris removal

How do I know what I have needs debris removal rather than ordinary cleaning?

If the space contains concrete pieces, tile fragments, timber boards or metal rods that cannot be swept away or wiped off, you need debris removal. Ordinary cleaning starts once the floors are free of these solid pieces.

Do I need water and power connected for debris removal?

Debris removal is mainly manual work and does not depend on water or power, but the exit routes in the building should be lit and open so movement is safe and the loads can be carried out.

What changes the scale of a construction-debris removal job?

The scale depends on the size of the site, the number of floors, the volume of debris and its types. Heavy rubble on an upper floor is a different job from lighter material on a ground level. The price is agreed after you describe what the space contains.

What should I prepare before the appointment?

Make sure the property is accessible and that the exit routes are clear for loads to pass through. If there are any surfaces or items you want kept among the debris, tell us when you call so they are not removed by mistake.

Can I ask for the cleaning to follow the debris removal in the same booking?

Debris removal and post-construction cleaning are two steps, and the second usually starts once the space is free of solid rubble. Tell us what you need for both when you call and we agree the order of work and the right times with you.
