Finishing is done, the apartment still needs cleaning
A post-finishing apartment is not like a room that needs an ordinary clean. New floors carry dried mortar and cement lodged between joints. Window glass is covered in protective stickers and lime marks. New surfaces show paint overspray that a normal wipe will not shift. Fine construction dust settles into every corner because of the dry air and open sites nearby.
Call or message us on WhatsApp, tell us the condition of the apartment and your district, and we agree a time. We take care of the floors, glass, kitchen, bathrooms and material residue on walls and ceilings, and you check the apartment when we finish.

What does post-finishing apartment cleaning cover?
These are the surfaces and parts the cleaning goes through in the apartment, depending on its condition and what finishing materials remain on them.
- Floors and grout lines
Ceramic and porcelain floors are cleaned of dried mortar and cement, including the grout lines between tiles where filler residue hides.
- Glass and windows
Protective stickers, lime marks and paint spray are removed from window and door glass, since new glass is usually covered in a full layer of them.
- Walls and ceilings
Walls and ceilings are wiped of paint dust, spots and overspray left by contractors, especially in the corners and edges that tend to be overlooked at handover.
- Kitchen and cabinets
Inside and outside surfaces of kitchen cabinets and the worktop are cleaned of dust and deposits, because new cabinets arrive with sawdust and fitting residue inside them.
- Bathrooms and fittings
Sanitary surfaces, wall tiles and bathroom floors are cleaned of wrapping stickers, silicone residue and lime, which build up during fitting installation.
- Doors and frames
Wooden doors and their frames are wiped of paint residue and dust, since frames collect paint spray from the surrounding walls and look stained even when new.
How do we start?
Three simple steps, and we take care of the rest.
Call or message us on WhatsApp
Tell us the service you need and your district.
Tell us about the apartment
Tell us the number of rooms and floors if any, what materials you notice on the surfaces, and which district the apartment is in.
We agree a time and you prepare
We settle on a time that suits you. Make sure electricity and water are available in the apartment before we start, and remove any materials or tools left by the contractor.
We work and you check
We take care of the floors, glass, walls, kitchen and bathrooms, then you check the surfaces, corners and glass in daylight to confirm they are clean.
A service that comes to your door
- We come to youOur team arrives at your home with its equipment.
- One callCall or message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the rest.
- All post-build services with one teamWe also do post-finishing villa cleaning, post-build building cleaning, construction-debris removal, sticker and adhesive removal, and post-build bathroom cleaning.
- Describe it in your own wordsA call or a WhatsApp message is enough to explain the condition and location of your apartment.
One worry is that some marks, like dried cement or glass stickers, may damage the surface if removed the wrong way. That is why we ask you about the surface types and how long the materials have been sitting there, and we take it from there.

Questions about Post-finishing apartment cleaning
My apartment was handed over a while ago and has not been cleaned yet, does that change the work?
Yes, materials that have dried and hardened on surfaces over a long period need more effort than residue that is still soft. Dried cement between tiles and stiffened paint on glass are two examples. When you call, tell us roughly how long ago it was handed over and what you notice on the surfaces, and we agree on what suits their condition.
Do water and electricity need to be on before you start?
Yes, post-finishing apartment cleaning relies on both. Washing floors and removing material residue needs water, and lighting is needed to spot marks in corners and on the ceiling. Make sure both are on before our appointment and let us know if either is unavailable so we can work it out.
What changes the size of the job in a post-finishing apartment clean?
The apartment's area and number of rooms and bathrooms, how much material residue remains on surfaces, the type of surfaces themselves such as marble, ceramic or wood, and whether cabinets and fittings are already installed. We ask about all of this when you call so we can agree on what suits your apartment.
What should I check in the apartment after the cleaning is done?
Check the glass in daylight for leftover sticker traces or lime marks, look at the grout lines between floor tiles, and inspect the lower corners of walls where dust gathers. Wooden door and window frames are also worth a look, since paint overspray shows clearly in good light.
Does the cleaning include removing large construction debris?
Post-finishing apartment cleaning deals with residue and deposits on surfaces, not with timber offcuts, rubble or large quantities of debris. Construction-debris removal is a separate service listed below, and you can arrange both together when you call us.
