The villa is handed over finishing work left its mark
A villa has more surface variety than an apartment: marble on floors and staircases, plaster on ceilings and walls, large glass panels on the facade, and tiled surfaces throughout bathrooms and kitchens. Each of these materials picks up finishing residue differently, from paint spots sitting on polished marble to plaster dust settling into ceiling corners and window frames. The work has to follow the surfaces, not a single method.
Call or message us on WhatsApp, tell us the number of floors, what you notice in the villa and which district it is in, and we agree a time that suits you.

What does post-finishing villa cleaning cover?
These are the surfaces and parts the cleaning goes through in a villa; the details vary according to the villa's condition and number of floors.
- Marble and ceramic floors
Paint spots, cement residue and adhesive marks are removed from marble and ceramic with care, because marble in particular is affected by the wrong treatment and needs an approach that suits its surface.
- Ceilings and plaster
Plaster dust collects on ceilings and in their mouldings; marks and grime are wiped from plasterboard and decorative ceilings before they become harder to remove once the villa is occupied.
- Windows and large glass panels
Large glass facades gather dust, workers' fingerprints and emulsion splashes; they are cleaned from the inside, and the outside details are agreed with the villa owner.
- Bathrooms and kitchens
Limescale, plaster and adhesive residue are removed from tiles, taps and sinks, and the drain openings are checked to make sure they are clear of finishing debris.
- Staircase and railings
The villa staircase runs across several floors and collects dust at every level; marble steps and metal or wooden railings are each cleaned in the way that suits their material.
- Doors and door frames
Paint spots and dust settle on door frames and faces; they are wiped carefully because fresh paint can be scratched if handled the wrong way.
How do we start?
Three simple steps, and we take care of the rest.
Call or message us on WhatsApp
Tell us the service you need and your district.
Tell us about the villa
Tell us how many floors and rooms, what marks or residue you can see, and which district the villa is in.
We agree a time and you prepare
We settle on a time that suits you; before we start, make sure water and electricity are available in the villa and that the access routes to every floor are clear.
We work floor by floor
We clean surfaces from top to bottom in each floor, then you check the floors, glass and bathrooms to confirm they are free of finishing residue.
A service that comes to your door
- We come to youOur team arrives at your home with its equipment.
- One callCall or message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the rest.
- Other post-finishing services with the same teamWe also handle post-finishing apartment cleaning, post-build bathroom cleaning, sticker and adhesive removal, and construction-debris removal.
- Describe the villa in your own wordsA call or a WhatsApp message is enough to describe the villa's condition, its floors and what you need.
One worry is that the marble will be scratched or the fresh paint marked during cleaning. Each surface is treated according to its own material, because marble differs from ceramic and plaster differs from glass. Leave it to us to decide what suits each part.

Questions about Post-finishing villa cleaning
My villa was handed over a while ago and never had a post-finishing clean, does that change the work?
Yes, time passing without a clean lets cement and paint residue harden further on marble, tiles and window frames. That does not prevent removing them, but it does affect the work involved, which is why we ask about the villa's current state when you call, so we can agree on what suits it.
Do water and electricity need to be available in the villa before work starts?
Yes, both are needed. Water is required to remove cement residue and dust from surfaces and to rinse bathrooms and the kitchen, and electricity is needed to run equipment on every floor. If they are not available on a given day, we agree a different time after they are connected.
What changes the scale of work in a post-finishing villa clean?
The number of floors and rooms, the type of surfaces used such as natural marble compared with ordinary ceramic, the size of glass facades, and how long the finishing has been sitting without cleaning all affect the scale. Annexes such as a pool area or an outside annex are also added to what we agree when you call.
What should I check in the villa after the clean is finished?
Check marble floors in daylight, as natural light shows any remaining spot. Inspect plaster ceiling corners and door frames where dust hides. Confirm the facade glass is clean from inside and that bathroom drain openings are clear of any debris.
Does post-finishing villa cleaning include outdoor annexes?
That depends on what you describe when you call. Outside annexes such as a guard room, a store or an outdoor seating area are not automatically in the base scope; their details are added to what we agree once you explain what you need.
