Construction residue fills every shared space
Buildings go through a finishing phase that leaves its mark on every shared surface: cement dust settles on stair treads and landings, paint spots stick to walls and door frames, and plaster residue coats the floors of each level. This kind of dust is denser than ordinary household dust and behaves differently, and leaving it means residents deal with it from their first day.
We start by hearing your description of the building, how many floors it has and what you have noticed, then we agree on a time and what needs to be prepared. Call or message us on WhatsApp, tell us your district and the size of the building, and we take care of the rest.
- Stairs and entrances
- Shared floor areas
- Windows and interior facades
What does post-build building cleaning cover?
These are the parts the cleaning covers in the building, depending on its condition, number of floors and what you notice in it.
- Stair treads and handrails
Cement dust builds up on stair treads and sticks to metal or iron handrails. We remove the dust and hardened marks so the surfaces can be touched and used.
- Shared floor surfaces
Marble, porcelain and corridor surfaces carry mortar and plaster residue that hardens over time. We treat it before it sets and becomes harder to remove.
- Shared walls and ceilings
Paint spots, brush marks and spray residue stay on entrance walls, corridor walls and ceilings. We wipe away what can be removed and restore these surfaces.
- Shared windows and glass
Glass in shared-floor windows carries paint residue, protection stickers and heavy dust deposits. We clean it from the inside and remove what has stuck.
- Entrances and floor doors
Door thresholds, frames and entrance surfaces collect dust, footmarks and finishing residue. We remove them because the entrance is the first thing a resident notices.
- Roof and exterior terrace
The building roof receives dust and residue from exposed construction materials. We sweep it and clear what has built up so it is usable after handover.
How do we start?
Three simple steps, and we take care of the rest.
Call or message us on WhatsApp
Tell us the service you need and your district.
Tell us about the building
Tell us the number of floors, what you have noticed such as dust, stains or residue, and which district the building is in, so we can agree on what suits its condition.
We agree a time and preparation
We settle on a time that suits you, and you confirm that water and electricity are available on the shared floors, and that stairwells and corridors are clear of remaining materials.
We work and check with you
We work from the top floor down so dust does not resettle on cleaned surfaces, then we walk the floors, stairwells and entrances with you to check the result.
A service that comes to your door
- We come to youOur team arrives at your home with its equipment.
- One callCall or message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the rest.
- The same team for all post-build servicesWe also handle post-finishing apartment and villa cleaning, post-build bathroom cleaning, sticker and adhesive removal, and construction-debris removal.
- Your own words are enough to startA call or a WhatsApp message is enough to describe the building and its floors and agree on a time.
One worry is access to upper floors before a lift is installed, or leftover construction materials still sitting in the corridors. Tell us when you get in touch and we will agree on what suits the situation, then leave the cleaning to us.

Questions about Post-build building cleaning
How do I know the building needs post-build cleaning rather than ordinary cleaning?
If the stairwells and shared floors carry heavy dust, paint spots or mortar and plaster marks, that is different from ordinary dirt. Regular cleaning does not remove hardened deposits, whereas post-build cleaning addresses those specific materials.
What should I prepare before work starts in the building?
Confirm that water and electricity are available on shared floors, and clear stairwells and corridors of any remaining materials or debris. If the lift is not ready yet, let us know so we can agree on how to reach the upper floors.
What should I check in the building after cleaning is done?
Check the stair treads, handrails, door frames and shared-floor windows, and look for any paint spots or cement deposits that were not treated. Wet surfaces such as shared bathrooms need time to dry before a full check.
What changes the scope of work in post-build building cleaning?
The number of floors and units per floor, how long construction materials have been left without cleaning, the type of finish such as marble, porcelain or plaster, and whether large debris remains in the corridors all affect the scope of work, and details are agreed when you get in touch.
The building was finished a while ago and has not been cleaned yet, does that affect the job?
Yes. The longer cement and plaster deposits are left, the harder they set and the more effort it takes to remove them. Dust also accumulates on top of construction residue and mixes with it. Tell us roughly when finishing ended when you call so we can assess the scope more accurately.
