Your walls, ceilings and stairs looking clean again
Walls, ceilings and stairs are among the largest surfaces in any home, and also the most exposed: fine dust carried by the dry winds, moisture from kitchens and bathrooms, and the marks left by daily use all collect on them. What sometimes looks like aged paint or natural yellowing turns out on closer inspection to be a layer of dust, soot or mould that has grown where ventilation is low.
The cause decides the method. Wall dust cleaning is a different job from wall stain removal, and both differ from soot, mould or graffiti. Stairs follow the same logic: someone who needs building stairwell cleaning is dealing with heavy daily footfall and different types of dirt from a private home stair. That is why this section is split into standalone services, each one addressing a specific problem.
Tell us what you see on your walls, ceiling or stairs and which district you are in, and we will point you to the right service and agree a time with you. Call or message us on WhatsApp and leave the rest to us.

Which service fits your situation?
Read the descriptions below to find the service that matches what you see on your walls, ceiling or stairs, because each problem calls for a different approach.
- Wall soot removalYour wall has dark soot marks or smoke stains from a fireplace, a small fire or open cooking, and you want the original colour back.
- Wall mould removalYou can see green, grey or black patches on the wall, usually in a bathroom, kitchen or near a poorly ventilated window.
- Wall graffiti removalYour wall has pen marks, crayon drawings or spray paint, indoors or on an external surface, and you need them removed without damaging the surface.
- Ceiling cleaningYour ceiling has yellowed, collected dust and cobwebs, or shows damp patches left by a past leak.
- Stair washingYour stairs are dirty from daily footfall or dust, whether inside a private home or in a residential building.

Call or message us on WhatsApp

Describe what you see

We agree a time
We confirm the right service and a time that suits you, and you move furniture and belongings away from the walls or stairs before we start.
The work and the check
We finish the job and show you the result before leaving, so you can check the cleaned surface and be satisfied with what was done.

- Just describe what you seeA call or a WhatsApp message describing what you see is enough for us to point you to the right service.

Questions about Walls, ceilings & stairs
How do I know which service is right for my wall?
The first step is identifying the cause, not just the appearance. A yellow patch near the ceiling may be damp rather than dust, and darkening around a fireplace is soot rather than ordinary dirt. Describe what you see and where it is, and we will identify the right service before agreeing a time.
Is wall dust cleaning different from washing the walls?
Yes. Wall dust cleaning is usually a dry process that removes the surface layer without water, because moisture can mark certain types of paint. Washing suits walls with washable paint or hard surfaces. We settle on the method once you tell us what surface you have.
Can a high ceiling be cleaned safely?
High ceilings are common homes and need different access tools from a standard-height ceiling. Tell us the approximate height and the type of surface, whether plaster, paint or wallpaper, so we can prepare properly for the job.
When does a building stairwell need washing rather than just sweeping?
Sweeping removes surface dust, but a building stairwell that carries heavy daily footfall builds up dirt that bonds to the ceramic or marble and cannot be swept away. Grease marks, grey water stains or dust packed into the edges are signs that the stairs need proper washing.
What should I prepare before wall cleaning in a furnished room?
It helps to move furniture to the centre of the room or take it out if you can, take down wall hangings and mirrors, and cover anything that cannot be moved. The more accessible the walls are, the more thorough the job can be, and that applies especially to tall walls that run up to the ceiling.
How do I tell if a wall patch is mould rather than ordinary dirt?
Mould tends to have a distinctive colour ranging from green to grey to black, and appears in round or scattered patches near a moisture source such as a bathroom, kitchen or under a window. It often carries a musty smell even after airing the room. Ordinary dirt is usually light brown or grey and spreads evenly. If you are unsure, describe what you see and we will help you identify it.
Is removing graffiti from an external wall different from an internal wall?
Yes. External walls are exposed to intense sun and heat, which can bond paint or pen marks more deeply into the surface. External wall materials also vary, between concrete, brick and exterior paint. Tell us the surface type and what the graffiti is, and we will agree on the right approach.
